The cable locks to prevent unauthorized unplugging. This issue is commonly resolved by unlocking your car. If that doesn’t work:

-Start a new charging session. Wait for the charger to turn blue. Stop the session and wait for a clicking sound signaling disconnection. Remove the cable from the your car.

-If it still won’t disconnect; press the red OFF switch to toggle the station’s fuse and turn off the power. Remove the cable from your car and please contact our Support Team or by phone at 971-336-0043.
