Las Adelitas Community Housing
In partnership with Hacienda CDC, using funds secured from the Pacific Power E-Mobility Grant Program, we worked to install Charli Chargers while offsetting all costs for this affordable housing community.
Crown Plaza Commercial Real Estate Building
The Crown Plaza complex is a mixed-use commercial property. Working closely with property owner, Melvin Mark Properties, and Zipcar, we installed a bay of Charli Chargers that serves tenants, daily parkers, and a Zipcar fleet.
Public Parking Garage
Charli Charging installed its first L2 charging stations in 2019 at the Keller Auditorium parking garage. The building owner, Melvin Mark owns and manages the largest market share of parking lot real estate in Portland.
Private Commercial / Workplace
A major building renovation was completed in 2019 that included 12 L2 EVSEs. In 2021, Collectron Energy was contracted to increase that total to 34 EVSEs shared across 100+ full-time WMG employees. A third expansion phase was completed Q3 2024, which brings the total number of charging stations installed to 62 EVSEs spread across three floors.
